RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition & packaging.
• Include all accessories and tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Items marked “Final Sale”

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include Order # and reason for return

  3. We will send return instructions

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless item is defective or damaged.
• We recommend tracking & insurance for returns.

5. Refunds

Once received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order and return the original item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage

We will replace or refund the item.
