Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our return policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, herbs, plants)

  • Personal care products (used or opened)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
